Start with the problem. Not the redesign.
Every engagement is built to make the next decision easier. You don't commit to a rebuild before you know what's actually holding the site back.

01Website Scorecard · Start here
Know what to fix first.
Start here if the site feels underpowered but nobody can say exactly why. The Scorecard turns a vague concern into a ranked plan your team can understand and defend to leadership.
I pull together your analytics, search data, a site crawl, AI-answer checks, and conversations with your team. Then I trace the buyer path from first visit to demo request and rank the work by pipeline impact, strength of evidence, and time to value. If something on a buyer path is clearly broken, we fix it right away instead of waiting for the report.
- Timeline
- One to four weeks, depending on complexity.
- Good fit if
- You inherited the site, you don't trust the numbers, or you need an objective read before you ask for budget.
What you get
- A scored assessment across messaging, conversion, performance, measurement, marketing agility, and AI search visibility
- A buyer-path review from discovery to commercial action
- A measurement health check: GA4, Tag Manager, forms, and the CRM handoff
- A roadmap ranked by pipeline impact, with quick wins separated from bigger projects
- A walkthrough with you and anyone else who needs to be in the decision
For an enterprise integration platform, the team believed it had one demand problem. The diagnostic found three connected ones and ranked the work so the highest-leverage buyer journey went first.
02Website Rebuild · When the foundation is the problem
Build a site your team can run.
Sometimes the Scorecard shows that the site can't get where it needs to go from where it is. The message, the structure, or the stack is holding everything else back. That's when a rebuild earns its cost.
I lead the rebuild from strategy through launch: messaging and structure, UX and visual design, development, CMS, and tracking. Depending on your team, I build it myself, work alongside your designers and developers, or bring in a specialist for a specific piece. The context stays with me the whole way through, so the strategy survives the build.
- Timeline
- Usually six to ten weeks.
- Good fit if
- The company has momentum, but the site is slowing launches, weakening conversion, hiding attribution, or pushing every change through a dev queue.
Most rebuilds start with a Scorecard. If the diagnosis is already clear, we can go straight to scope.
Talk through a RebuildWhat's included
- Messaging hierarchy and site architecture
- Wireframes and conversion paths for the pages that matter most
- Visual design and a reusable component system, extending your product design system where one exists
- Development on the stack that fits your team
- CMS setup your marketers can use, plus content migration
- GA4, Tag Manager, form, and CRM tracking that works from launch day
- QA, redirects, launch support, and a post-launch check-in
For an agriculture tracking app, the path from ad spend to revenue was broken. I rebuilt the tracking, connected the funnel to the CRM, and moved Ahrefs site health from 6 to 95 in the first round of fixes.
03Fractional Website Owner · Ongoing
Keep the site improving after launch.
This is the role most lean teams are missing: someone who owns the website month after month. Each month we decide what matters most, ship focused improvements, measure what changed, and use that to plan the next sprint.
How I show up depends on what your team already has. Some clients need me building pages. Others need me directing an internal designer or developer, or keeping an agency pointed at the right work. The job is the same either way: the website keeps getting better, and someone is accountable for it.
- Timeline
- Ongoing, starting at three months.
- Good fit if
- You have a foundation worth improving and want steady progress without hiring a full-time web lead.
Typical monthly work
- A funnel and analytics review
- New or updated pages for campaigns and high-intent paths
- A conversion experiment on a page that matters
- Technical SEO, performance, and tracking upkeep
- CMS, Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM support
- A monthly planning call and a short report on what moved pipeline
For a salon management app, I work as the senior Webflow designer and developer inside their existing brand. Launch pages, localization, demo-flow improvements, and maintenance keep moving without a redesign or a new hire.
