Yes. I may use AI to explore ideas and move faster, but I make the design, messaging, and build decisions. Your site is shaped around your business rather than dropped into an off-the-shelf template.

Squarespace can be a good tool if you want to choose a template, write every page, make the design decisions, and manage the setup yourself. This offer gives you a professionally planned, written, designed, and built site—plus a lightweight CMS for simple updates—without making the website your DIY project.
How can you do this for $500?
The scope is deliberately focused, and I use AI-assisted workflows to shorten drafting and production time. That efficiency makes the price possible; it does not remove professional judgment or quality control.
Can you finish in one week?
That is the standard timeline once I have your completed intake, content inputs, and timely feedback. Delays in feedback, domain access, or additional scope can move the launch date.
What happens after the first year?
Your first year of Vercel hosting is included in the $500 project price. After that, hosting renews at $100 per year. Domain registration, other paid third-party services, larger additions, and future edits are separate.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. I include a lightweight CMS so you can update designated text and images without touching code. It is intentionally simpler than a full visual page builder, which helps keep the site fast and easy to maintain. New layouts, additional pages, and larger design changes are quoted separately.
Is this a good fit for every business?
It is best for service businesses—such as therapists, attorneys, consultants, and local professionals—that need a clear, credible brochure site. Ecommerce, memberships, complex booking systems, large blogs, and custom web applications require a separate scope.
